The companies that compose the CTCOP Group have their origins in the professional activity of the main shareholder of the group Mr. Sergio Marrero Martín, architect who in his more than 20 years of profession has developed architectonic projects and designs on constructions of all kind.

In its professional trajectory one can find from constructing the houses on officially protected land to residential developments of high level tied closely to Golf courses.

Golf del Sur and Golf Costa Adeje in Tenerife Island, Girona Golf, Golf Oasis in Cancún, Mexico; Golf Cocotal in Bávaro, Dominican Republic; they are some of the Golf courses which they have been designed and developed by CTCOP Group.

Through its subsidiary CTCOP Inversiones Americanas, it has developed a several very important projects in the Caribbean - CTCOP Dominican Republic - and is studying through CTCOP Miami, Ltd. its entrance in the North American market.

His personal Marine experience has approach Sergio Marrero to Juan Llimona, a 24-year veteran of the marine industry. Juan is an expert in international trades and consulting on new and used Yachts & Mega Yachts, Power and Sail. Born in Barcelona in 1961 at the bosom of a boat builder's family, introductory of the very first Fibreglass boat building in Spain, trough POLIGLASS, and developing the bigger Fibreglass industry in the 70/80's FIBRESTER & POLIMAT.

His experience as a Naval Architect and broker began to flourish with the founding of his first brokerage company in Palma de Mallorca in 1982, expanding into Barcelona in 1985. In 1986 won the award of the Spanish Public Relation Association for several Marine Events and the development and growth to an International category of the Balearic Boat Show, "Baleares Nautica", and was involved in the management of the Barcelona's Boat Show afloat in 1993 and 1994, with a high success. Sail racer with full experience in hi-tech racing boats, national and Internationally awarded.
Now is full time dedicated as OCEAN-Independence Office Director in Barcelona, and operates from his new office in Marina Port Vell, one of the most modern Marina's in Mediterranean.


CTCOP MARINE, S.L.: Our last adventure, in collaboration with “Dixon Yacht Design”, one of the most important Yacht designers with World-wide reputation, is to develop the 82 foot motor-sailor CTCOP 82, able to give up to 14 knots speed under power, with a range of 2.500 nautical miles, using the latest technologies, and the must modern lines and interiors, with a unique Motor-Sailor style and performance, Confort, Privacy and Space are our targets.

This is for sure our first step in a new line of Motor-Sailor philosophy, which will be increased with new models soon.
